Add a shortcut button for going for inbox — radicle-desktop

Some interactive elements (branch dropdowns, the user menu, the clone popover) need JavaScript. Reading repositories, issues, patches, and the docs works without it; submitting forms also works as long as you can reach them via direct links.

As a first step we just add a shortcut that is visible on any page so we don't need to click twice to get to the inbox.

Moving the inbox to a popover and adding the counter can be done in a follow-up later.
