Expand All Repos section when navigating to a repo — radicle-desktop

Some interactive elements (branch dropdowns, the user menu, the clone popover) need JavaScript. Reading repositories, issues, patches, and the docs works without it; submitting forms also works as long as you can reach them via direct links.

Expand All Repos section when navigating to a repo

When we land on a repo via notification inbox the repository wouldn't be visible if the section was collapsed. Now we expand it and scroll into view so we see which repository we're browsing.
