Update README with GH Actions badges — radicle-desktop

We dropped the woodpecker pipeline, switching to gh actions in the interim while radicle-ci is cooking. Also update install instructions.

 ## Installation
 **Requirements:**
 * *Linux* or *Unix* based operating system.
 * Git 2.34 or later
 * OpenSSH 9.1 or later with `ssh-agent`
 ### From binaries
 **Debian**
 Add the following to your `sources.list`:
 ```
 deb [trusted=yes] https://radicle.xyz/apt unstable main
 ```
 Run from your shell:
 ```
 sudo apt update
 sudo apt install radicle-desktop
 ```
