Adapt to this blog format

• convert code blocks
• move images under /blog
• create an entry on the main page linking to the blog
• use header to apply correct layout
• remove stray whitespace
• add background color to transparent svg so it is legible in dark mode
• link to radicle.xyz/desktop instead of desktop.radicle.xyz

Changes:
