As of v0.25.0

Node events that are not handled are now logged. Previously they were ignored silently.

This has made the logs quite noisy indeed.

I considered changing the log level to info but I need debug to be able to see the logs of the adapter.

Could this perhaps be logged at trace level or similar ?
