Lacks a supported installation method that isn't "cargo install"

Should this be added to the Radicle installer? Or have a different installation method? This needs careful thinking.

I think the Radicle installer is unnecessary, maybe, but

cib and cibtool and adapter binaries could be published with binaires of other Radicle components
Radicle CI componet deb packages should be published on the Radicle APT repository

Radicle CI components will be included in the Radicle APT repository, which will help with this issue.

Radicle CI componts are now in the Radicle APT repository. This doesn’t help with non-Debian installations, but good enough to close this issue. Having the issue open doesn’t seem to help making other installation methods happen.
