Run log doesn't say which adapter was used
This is often clear from how the log looks, but if, say, radicle-ci-ambient is used in two different configs, it gets harder.
This needs to go on the per-repository CI run listing.
Name of adapter spec would be easy, but that's not the complete picture, so as the spec may change over time. Hmm.
