RSS feeds do not validate — radicle-ci-broker

Some interactive elements (branch dropdowns, the user menu, the clone popover) need JavaScript. Reading repositories, issues, patches, and the docs works without it; submitting forms also works as long as you can reach them via direct links.

I have opened 95f51ea to remove the GUID errors

It's not just about the GUID, it's also about the lack of <description>, and that <content:encoded> that's not valid according to RSS specs as far as I can read...

The two failures in the validator were about the GUID. The other things are suggestions for better intereoparability.

I've merged the GUID patch, will return to this later when I've made a release of the CI broker to see what the validator then says.
