Mark review as outdated when not being on the latest revision — radicle-explorer

Some interactive elements (branch dropdowns, the user menu, the clone popover) need JavaScript. Reading repositories, issues, patches, and the docs works without it; submitting forms also works as long as you can reach them via direct links.

Mark review as outdated when not being on the latest revision

Currently a review is always shown, even if it's from a previous eventually outdated revision. We should mark it as a comment instead of a green checkmark, until the reviewer, creates a new review.

I think this has been fixed by greying the review out if it's not the latest
