I often times find myself opening radicle-explorer to find a line of code that I want to share with someone out of band. The reason I want to share it is when I do a code review and talk about something on zulip, so this need might go away once we have line comments. But nonetheless it could be a nice way to share some code in a specific location for other purposes.

We could offer selecting a line range and in a context menu a “Share on public seed” option that would generate a link on a user’s preferred seed/explorer deployment and copy it to clipboard for easy sharing.
