Review comments only shown inside of the review view — radicle-desktop

Some interactive elements (branch dropdowns, the user menu, the clone popover) need JavaScript. Reading repositories, issues, patches, and the docs works without it; submitting forms also works as long as you can reach them via direct links.

There seem to have been confusion around review comments (also inline comments) only shown in the review created. We probably want a global view of the patch revision including all comments, also review (inline) comments.
