Interrupting `rad` while it's showing a progress spinner hides cursor
If I use control-C to terminate a rad process that’s taking a while
(I noticed this with rad sync -a), the progress spinner rad shows
doesn’t restore the terminal cursor. I have to run reset(1) to get
it back.
This was fixed with
rad patch show f0ab7c0.
