Does not indicate underlying reason for why a fetch fails
When I ran rad fetch today, with version 1.2.0-pre.2, I had a temporary problem with my networking. As a result, not domain name would resolve.
rad sync would tell me that each of the fetches it attempted failed, but didn't give any indication why. It would be nice if it did.
