cli: point to the usage documentation

When users are new to the stack, they won't really know how to get start with Radicle.

I think we should point to our documentation as much as possible. I think there are two good candidates for showing docs:

  • rad auth
  • rad init

rad auth already states how to rad init and rad clone, but we could also point to our user guides here too.

rad init has help for starting the node and calling git push – however, I think it should also state how to create issues and patches, pointing to the documentation again where needed.
