The rad id subcommand has some rough edges:

• The output of the command can be quite perplexing, we should use more information about the changes to guide the user towards getting a revision accepted
• It does not automatically sync – which is differing behaviour to our other commands (I know this is up for debate, but we should be consistent for the time being)
