Pushing a new branch to rad remote could point out how to create a patch
If I run git push rad HEAD, that creates a new branch. For new
Radicle users, they may instead mean to create a new patch (cf. PR).
The rad helper could output a message to say something like
It looks like you may be trying to create a new patch. To do that, run this command: git push rad something something something badger
