UI: Its not immediately clear what the revision is in the `rad patch show` output is
The title explains it pretty well I guess. I just had an issue with updating a
patch because I accidentially used the git commit hash instead of the revision
ID from the rad patch show outupt.
Maybe there's a way to make it visually more obvious somehow?
