- check for osversion and arch in pkg_add()
- repo (pkg_repo.c needs to be refactor: using struct packing, and being able to
sign the repository, currently done in the ui should in the lib)
- install from repo
- upgrade from repo (!!)
- pkg version (comparison against ports tree and INDEX)
